Just another ranting session,,,

Hi there... Its getting frustrating to decide if i should quit my current job now...

Job scope wise is fine but the boss just pisses me off. No wonder experienced working adults always say that the job can be sucky but the boss must be good. I fully understand what they are trying to teach me now...

Been thinking a lot for the past few weeks, i thought i could just grit my teeth and get over it but apparently i failed to do so.. I managed to capture some learning points during one of the seminars (which was constantly filled with "u do this, u do that and i do NOTHING and look at u do it")...

1. We/I might be the difficult person myself.

2. Types of difficult people.

3. How to deal with such difficult people.

In the end, i conclude that my boss falls under all the many types of difficult people and i might be the difficult people in his eye too. So what are the ways to face up to these difficult people? One of the extreme way is to quit which is also the only option i have since he is the boss... I am not going to write out the other methods because it will become free advertisement for him!

If people still come across my blog... kindly provide me some advice...

Till then.... have to rest well to fight the week's battle tomorrow...
