Went swimming in the evening because i think i should exercise. Sitting in the office for 8 hours everyday, Monday to Friday, even after lunch and my weight has went up again. I may be short but my weight will scare you off. Haha. I know i am very heavy but what can i do? Exercise don seem to bring it down and the worse things is... Everytime i see the food i like (especially sweets and chocolate), i just cannot control, i will buy and consume it to satisfy my want!!!

At work, we finally bring the number of completed database to 10,000. We have 4 more days left to the end of April where we must finish the 15,869 data. The 10,000 data took us more than a month, is it possible to finish 5k more of the data with the short week at work??? Its an answer to be find out...

Back to the swimming topic. When we went there, it was so pack that i don think we have a place to swim. We went to the deep pool and there are at least 3 groups of students having their swimming lesson. I really don understand, they are hogging up the whole pool and how are we going to swim? We pay for it ok...... The government should like build another pool which is for this group of people to train or have their lesson. Isn't the pool there for us (people swimming for leisure purpose)??? Its not that they cannot swim there, but cant they choose a better timing rather than at a time where they will be many people in the pool. To the pool management, i know you guys only concentrate on profit but this is not the way lar...
