Yes... I am home liao... Damm tired...

This post is fully on the wine appreciation practical today.

We get to try white wine, red wine, champagne and dessert wine. Overall, the white wine still taste the best even though Mr Choo said the dessert wine is sweet(which is not the case).

We go through the steps one by one again.

1. Swirl the glass of wine and take note of the legs

2. Place your nose in the glass and smell the aroma of the wine

3. Gently place your lips at the tip of the glass and pou the wine in

4. Hold it in your mouth

5.Suck in air to let the wine spread to all parts of your mouth

6. Gurgle the wine in your mouth

7. Slowly let it flow down your throat

The sucking in air part may sound stupid but it is really nice, can really feel the wine, its not tasting le, its a nice feeling. Haha...

Anyway, it feels nice but it does not taste as nice. Its sweet at some moment then VERY bitter at some times. Overall, its bitter lo, its hard to take the first step. After a few sips, we start to take mouthful of wine and this is where the tasting part comes in. Wine actually taste nice with those fruity taste like juices, only it is bitter.

To make the story short, we are all very high at the end of the session. Fresstian is really drunk, she cannot walk in a straight line, she keeps shouting and is singing like donno which mad woman. I am not exaggerating, its true, if you still don believe, can ask some of my classmates. She really behave weird after tasting the wine and she still has to work in the evening after the session. LOL!! Her face is so red like a tomato, even her eyes... I got lots of picture but i am lazy and has no energy to transfer and upload them, sorry...

Its project time again and thus i have to go lo.
