Dining practical on 19th January (fish or chicken?‏)

Appetizer
Garden Salad with Feta Cheese Olive and sundried tomato dressing

Soup
Cream of Carrot with Mint

Main Course
Oven roasted chicken accompanied with corn mashed, vegetable ratatouille and mushroom cream sauce

Pan seared Seabass with provencale sauce and market vegetables

Dessert
Double chocolate cake with chocolate fudge

The dinning practical is coming, lol... The menu looks ok, the best thing is the dessert. Donno what it will be in the actual course, maybe i can snap some photos. So wait and see lo. Just want to share this menu, so random...

Nvm, i am in class now waiting for Choo to start his lesson, a little e-quiz later... Got back Biz Law ICA 1 result yesterday, first time in my poly life that i got such marks, hopefully the project will also be like that. Haha.

Ok, have to end here. If i don listen for this class, the e-quiz later sure die sia.
